Basic ideas for the "MusikTalente" competition.

The "MusikTalente" competition, which was set up in 2004 as a private initiative, proves it

growing resonance its importance inside and outside the German borders.

A solid network was created through the master courses awarded and the professors involved

to promote young talents.

"MusikTalente" will take place for the 21th time this year and is intended to help awaken the musical imagination of our children and young people.

In the background is the conviction that music education should be seen as a neutral element of general education.

In this way, essential qualities such as the ability to concentrate,

Mutual listening, beauty sense and body awareness developed.
